Caine was very friendly and professional let me ahead within 30mins to my house and get to the HVAC and troubleshoot right away. With 5-10 minutes he knows the issue and information me the problem. My lever has issue contact when thermostat device was turned on. He cleaned and tested it worked for 5 mins than confirmed it run well. He also check my refrigerant status and show me how to clean air flow tubes as any time I change my filter. I will definitely use CoolItHeatit Inc for my future service or maintenance services. Wow, I called and got same day service, and found out that it was a simple fix which they did not lie about or try to upsell me. Great price, great service, my new go to.
